This course utilizes the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association Pre-License Education Program which is an approved course by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) and is completed totally online – with optional in-person study sessions. No books, instead you’ll receive PDF downloads to help streamline the process and help you navigate the material in the most efficient manner.
After completing the required assignments, you will take a practice exam and receive a “Certificate of Completion”. When you have completed this course you will be ready and eligible to take the 140 question Wisconsin Real Estate Exam.

The free, in-person study sessions give you the chance to learn alongside others looking to start a career in Wisconsin real estate. You can choose to attend any or all of the in-class study sessions at any location, and you may bring a computer to the study session to follow along with.
Please Note: The study session dates and times may vary. Our study sessions are flexible with starting late, leaving early, or missing time. Study sessions are not intended to be a replacement for taking the full 72-hour online course, and the content covered will be determined as time allows.
